Forze, a Utah Corporation (Forze) guarantees total satisfaction of its Forze introductory Sculptured Nail Collection purchased. If, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the Forze Introductory Sculptured Nail Collection, you are not fully satisfied that your Collection is the finest and most durable product for your natural nails available, you can return it to Forze for a refund less a 20% handling fee. The balance will be pro-rated based on unused product. In order to receive a refund, your unused product and the Original Purchase Invoice must be returned to Forze within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. No Returns Accepted without a Return Authorization by either phone or e-mail.
Forze will replace any defective Forze product due to manufacturer defect, purchased by any Forze Customer. This warranty shall be effective for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt.
In order for a replacement to be given, the defective product must be returned to Forze along with the Original Purchase Invoice. Forze reserves the right to adjust the replacement based on an excessive amount of product actually used. No Returns Accepted without a Return Authorization by either phone or e-mail.
